During this 2h class you will come away with simple and effective nutrition and health tools to kickstart your system for the colder months.

Making Home Remedies for Colds & Coughs

A simple cooking class to give you the recipes and tools to come away with effective and safe home remedies for the whole family. For colds, coughs and winter blues, this cooking class will be fun and interactive.

We will make curative remedies that draw on my teachings from Herbalism, Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. These are tried and tested recipes that I have used with clients and my own family and will hopefully increase your repertoire of natural options available to you.

So bring along your passion and interest and let's have fun cooking up a peaceful Autumn and Winter.
